Announcement of new company name

　As announced on June 20, 2025, Sojitz Pla-Net Corporation (“Sojitz Pla-Net”) and
its wholly owned subsidiary Pla Matels Corporation (“Pla Matels”) have planned to
establish a new company on April 1, 2027, with the aim of enhancing management
efficiency in the synthetic resin business, strengthening governance, and
maximizing synergies. We are pleased to announce that the name of the new company has been decided as Sojitz Plamatech Corporation.
